Kathy has been a Sr. Loan Originator covering all of TN for over 29 years, the last 11 years with SouthPoint. Lending brings a great joy to her by seeing families get their first home, reaching their goals for their forever home, and using their equity to save money or improve their home! The other joys in her life are her husband Jerry, their 4 children and the lights of their lives the 3 grandchildren! When she is not working she is either with the family, cooking, quilting, sewing and embroidering outfits for their granddaughter.
